To configure confidence score ranges

  1. On the Data Discovery menu, select Settings. The Classifier Settings screen appears from Global Settings.

  2. Drag the slider bar to define the bucket percentages for each confidence level. The Confidence Bucket percentages will automatically update as you move the ranges.

    OneTrust currently supports the following categories for the Confidence Buckets:

    These categories are intended as colored references for your organization to configure as you prepare easily identfiable confidence score ranges.

    • Low

    • Medium

    • High

    • Very High



  3. Optional: you can disable the Simplistic View setting to display the confidence levels as numerical values within Discovery Review.   4. Click the Save button to confirm your changes.
