Using the Collection Point Dashboard
You can leverage the collection point dashboard to gain an executive-style overview of a specific collection point. You can view information about the efficacy of collection points and the transactions created from the data subject's interaction with the collection point. Multiple visualizations are available on the dashboard that display a variety of metrics and details about the receipts and transactions for your collection point. A similar dashboard view is also available for multi-page preference centers.
To view a collection point dashboard
- Navigate to the Report tab. The collection point dashboard appears, where you can use the Time Range field to select the time frame for which you want to view metrics for the collection point.
Receipts
The Receipts visualization on the collection point dashboard represents the total number of receipts created to record each interaction with the collection point within the selected time range.
A receipt represents a full interaction, not an individual. So one receipt equals one complete interaction.
Transactions
The Transactions visualization on the collection point dashboard represents the total number of transactions submitted through the collection point within the selected time range.
A transaction represents a choice for a single purpose within a receipt. For example, if one receipt includes consent for two different purposes, it counts as two transactions.
What is my trend of my total receipts over time?
The What is my trend of my total receipts over time visualization on the collection point dashboard represents the distribution of the collection point receipts in the selected time range.
Hover over individual points on the chart to view the number of receipts for a specific date in the time range. In addition, you can click a specific point to display only data for that particular date. Click the point once more to return to the original view.
What is my volume opt-in by purpose?
