Viewing Privacy Notice Locations

You can view the websites on which the privacy notice was integrated using the Locations tab on the Privacy Notice Details screen.

Note:

All websites are retained on the Locations tab regardless of whether the SDK was removed from a website at a later time. The Status field on the Locations tab does not indicate the availability of the SDK on the website. These entries are retained for metric purposes but can be removed upon request by contacting OneTrust Support.

To view privacy notice locations

  1. On the Privacy Notice Management menu, select Privacy Notices. The Privacy Notices screen appears.
    Note:

    If you own the Policy Management module, the menu will be named Policy.

  2. Click the link in the Name column for the privacy notice in which you want to view the location. The Privacy Notice Details screen appears.

  3. Navigate to the Locations tab. A list of website(s) on which your privacy notice is integrated appear. For more information, see Locations Tab Reference.

Website

Website on which the privacy notice was integrated.

Last Viewed

Date and time that the privacy notice was last viewed on the website.

Status

Activity around the privacy notice on the website for the past 24 hours. The following status icons are available:

  • - Indicates that the last event occurred within the last 24 hours.

  • - Indicates that no events have occurred within the last 24 hours.
