Relating Inventories to Privacy Notices

You can add related assets, processing activities, vendors, entities, policies, standards, privacy notices, and procedures to a privacy notice record.

To add related inventories to a privacy notice

  1. On the Privacy Notice Management menu, select Privacy Notices.
    Note:

    If you own the Policy Management module, the menu will be named Policy.

    The Privacy Notices screen appears.

  2. Select the privacy notice in which you would like to link to an existing inventory.
  3. Select the Related tab.
  4. Click the Add button for the asset, processing activities, vendor, entity, policy, standard, procedure, or privacy notice fields.

  5. Select the inventory you would like to relate to the privacy notice.
  6. Click the Add Related button.

To remove related inventories from a privacy notice

  1. Select the privacy notice in which you would like to remove links to an existing inventory.
  2. Select the Related tab.
  3. Hover over the row for the inventory you want to remove until the Context Menu appears.
  4. Click the Context Menu icon button.
  5. On the Context menu, select Remove. The Remove Related modal appears.


  6. Click the Confirm button.
