CNIL Cookie Banner Requirements

CNIL requires that consent be given as a result of positive action on the part of the site visitor. Continuing to browse the website is not considered a positive action and therefore does not constitute a positive action on the part of the site visitor. Furthermore, refusal of consent must be accessible on the same screen with equal ease the option to give consent.
