Getting Started with AI Governance

The AI Governance module aims to make the development and deployment of AI more responsible and transparent. It allows you to track how AI is being used in your organization, assess its risks, and ensure it meets ethical and regulatory standards.

This guide will help you implement the AI Governance solution with ease information on setting up the necessary configurations and creating the objects to service your organization's AI initiatives.

Required Configurations

  1. Setting Up Templates: Add new templates based on a provided system template or create you own custom assessment template from scratch or by copying an existing template to configure with questions, conditions, and rules to meet your organization's needs.

  2. Self-Service Portal: Business users can use the Self-Service Portal to launch and complete assessments. If a business user has been assigned an assessment, it will appear in the portal.

  3. Attributes: Add system or custom attributes to either a Project, Model, or Dataset to act as data points and drive essential processes in your AI Governance programs.

Create & Assess

  1. Create & Manage Objects: Identify business initiatives and establish frameworks to serve as object references in order to fulfill unique and specific business outcomes.

  2. Send Assessments: Configure templates to assess organizational AI uses and empower the platform to link assessments in the context of the AI Governance inventory so these records are accessed in tandem.

  3. Bulk Import Records: Easily merge and manage objects used in AI Governance.

Integrations

Enable automatic mapping of select model attributes from supported third-party systems into corresponding fields in OneTrust.

Automated AI Discovery

These seamless integrations enable real-time visibility into your organization's AI landscape, mapping relationships between models, training data, and business processes to strengthen risk management and compliance.
