AI Policy Email Notifications

AI policy email notifications help policy owners and governance managers stay informed about AI policy activity, including violation trends, severity breakdowns, and the most critical policy findings, enabling them to respond more quickly. The feature supports daily and weekly digests, configurable recipients, and severity-based filtering, enabling teams to review issues and respond faster to compliance concerns.

To configure email notifications

  1. On the AI Governance menu, select Setup > Email notifications.

    The Email notifications screen appears.

  2. In the AI policies section, use the toggle to enable the Weekly digest, the Daily digest, or both.

  3. Select the Edit Edit iconicon for the digest you want to configure.
  4. The digest send time is fixed at 11:00 AM UTC. The UI shows the corresponding local time based on your timezone.
  5. From the Severity list, select the minimum severity to include in the digest: Low, Medium, High, or Critical. Digest will include the selected severity and higher.

  6. In Recipients, select one of the following:

    • Policy owners - to send updates only to the policy owners for the policies they own.

    • Custom users - to send updates to any users or groups you specify.

  7. Click the Save button.

To view a configured digest

  1. On the AI Governance menu, select Setup > Email notifications.

    The Email notifications screen appears.

  2. Select the Expand Expand iconicon for a digest to view its configured settings. This view is read-only.
