Exporting AI Inventory Records

Record exports can be created in any of the Inventory screens in the AI Governance module. The steps are the same in any inventory screen. This article will use Projects as the example inventory type.

To export an inventory record

  1. On the AI Governance menu, select Inventory > Projects.

    The Projects screen appears.

  2. Click the Export button.

    The Export Inventory modal appears.

  3. Choose whether to export all of the available inventory records and any columns eligible for bulk import, or choose to export the current saved view, which includes any applied filters.

  4. Click the Export button. A task notification will appear when the report is ready.
