Using Controls on AI Governance Records

You can associate one or more controls held in your control library to records created in AI Governance. This allows users to sync records when they are entered and associated in the OneTrust application.

To create controls from AI Governance records

  1. On the AI Governance menu, select an inventory menu: Projects, Models, or Datasets.
  2. Click on the name of a desired inventory type.

    The Inventory Details screen appears.

  3. Go to the Controls tab.
  4. Click the Add Controls button.

    The Add Controls modal appears.

  5. Select one or more controls. Use the search functions to locate specific frameworks or keywords.

  6. Click the Add button. The chosen controls will be added to the Controls section.

To edit controls

  1. On the AI Governance menu, select an inventory menu: Projects, Models, or Datasets.
  2. Click on the name of a desired inventory type.

    The Inventory Details screen appears.

  3. Go to the Controls tab.
  4. Hover over the row of a given control to reveal the Context Menu icon.
  5. Select Edit. A side pane appears to manage implementation details and primary control details.
  6. Edit the control as necessary to set your new preferences.

To remove controls

  1. On the AI Governance menu, select an inventory menu: Projects, Models, or Datasets.
  2. Click on the name of a desired inventory type.

    The Inventory Details screen appears.

  3. Go to the Controls tab.
  4. Hover over the row of a given control to reveal the Context Menu icon.
  5. Select Remove Control.

    The Remove Control modal appears.

  6. Click the Remove Control button. The control will be removed from the custom object record.
