Application Branding Settings

You can customize the branding that appears in the OneTrust Platform and Login screen to align with your organization's branding and colors.

Note:

You can customize the branding settings for different organizational groups. For more information, see To customize application branding for an organizational group.

To configure application branding

  1. Click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner to access Global Settings.
  2. On the Global Settings menu, select Email and branding > Application branding. The  Application branding screen appears.

  3. Customize the application branding settings, as necessary. For more information, see Application Branding Screen Reference.
  4. Click the Save button.

Upload logo

Click the Upload button and select the logo that will display in the Global Header of the platform.

Note:

Accepted file formats include .png, .jpg, or .jpeg with a maximum file size of 500KB.

Page title

Enter a title that will appear in the Global Header of the platform.

Brand color

Select the color for the Navigation Menu of the platform.

Accent color

Select the color that will indicate when a tab is selected on the Navigation Menu of the platform.

Sign-in Page

Upload logo

Click the Upload button and select the logo that will display on the Login screen of the platform.

To customize application branding for an organizational group

Application branding settings configured for a parent organization will automatically be inherited by child organizations of the parent organization. However, you can change the branding settings for different organizational groups.

  1. Click the organization in the Global Header and select the organizational group for which you want to customize application branding. The selected organization will appear in the Global Header.
  2. Click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner to access Global Settings.
  3. On the Global Settings menu, select Email and branding > Application branding. The  Application branding screen appears.

  4. Enable the Override branding setting to customize the branding for the selected organizational group. The remaining fields on screen will become active.
  5. Customize the application branding settings, as necessary.
  6. Click the Save button.

To remove application branding

  1. Click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner to access Global Settings.
  2. On the Global Settings menu, select Email and branding > Application branding. The  Application branding screen appears.

  3. Remove branding configurations using one or more of the following methods, as needed.
    Note:

    An entry is required in the Brand color and Accent color fields.

    • To delete the logo image in the application header or on the Login screen, click the Delete icon in the Upload logo field.

    • To delete the page title, clear the entry in the Page title field.

    • To restore all application branding settings to the default configuration, click the Restore to default button. Then click the Restore to default button on the Restore to default modal.

  4. Click the Save button.
