DORA Report Generation Guide Recommended Pre-Step
The DORA Report Generation feature is available for customers with solution packaging only.
Before you begin, review the recommended pre-step below to help organize your configurations as you go.
Verify that the Type of ICT Services attribute is populated for relevant engagements
Engagements are the primary filter for how OneTrust creates records for the tabs in the Register of Information template. It is crucial to ensure that engagements have the system attribute Type of ICT Services populated with any value that is not null.
Any engagements without this value will not be captured as part of the output for the report. This means that missing this step could result in incomplete or inaccurate reporting, which can have significant implications for your data management and compliance efforts.
Before you begin, it’s best practice to create a filter on the Engagements list page where the attribute Type of ICT Services is equal to any of the value options. This allows you to create a saved view for these specific engagements that are relevant to the Register of Information setup.
To learn how to create saved views, see Configuring and Filtering Third-Party Risk Management List Screen Views.
DORA system attributes are designed and optimized to avoid data entry duplication.
For example, since LEI of entities are requested for multiple columns within the register, OneTrust has consolidated this into a single attribute. For more information, see the table in the Attribute and Optimization Reference.
