Configuring and Filtering Third-Party Risk Management List Screen Views

You can configure list screens throughout the Third-Party Risk Management module to display the information from different fields and filter the screens based on specified criteria.

Note:

The criteria available and ability to configure and filter screens may differ based on which screen you are on.

To configure a list screen

  1. On the Third-Party Risk Management menu, select an inventory, Engagements, Contracts, or Assessments.
    The list screen appears.
  2. Click the Column Editor icon.
    The Column Selector modal appears.
  3. Configure the fields as necessary.

  4. Click the Apply button.

Note:

Three options that have the red asterisks cannot be moved left, only up and down in the right column.

Buttons

Description


Moves the selected field from Available Fields to Visible Fields.


Moves the selected field from Visible Fields to Available Fields.


Moves the selected field to the first position.


Moves the selected field forward by one position.


Moves the selected field backward by one position.


Moves the selected field to the last position.

To add filters to list screens

  1. On the Third-Party Risk Management menu, select an inventory, Engagements, Contracts, or Assessments.
    The list screen appears.
  2. Click the Filter icon.
    The Filter pane appears.

  3. Click the Add Filter button.
  4. Select the criteria by which you would like to filter.
  5. Click the Save button.
  6. Click the Apply button.

To create saved views

  1. On the Third-Party Risk Management menu, select an inventory, Engagements, Contracts, or Assessments.
    The list screen appears.
  2. To create a custom saved view, apply your filters and configure your columns as needed.
  3. Click the View Selector to open the view selector.


  4. Click the Save As button and complete the required fields.

    Description
    View Name

    Enter a name for the saved view.

    Make this View Public

    Enable this setting if you would like to allow other users in your tenant to access this view.

  5. Enter a name for your saved view, then click the Create View button.
    The custom view is now available.

To manage vendors screen views

  1. On the Third-Party Risk Management menu, select an inventory, Engagements, Contracts, or Assessments.
    The list screen appears.
  2. Click the View Selector to open the view selector.
  3. Click the Manage View button.
    The Manage Views modal appears.
  4. Make changes as necessary.

  5. Click the Save button.

Field
Description
Set Default View for All Users

Enable this setting if you would like this to be the default view for all users in your organization.

My Default View

Select the view that you want displayed by default.

View Name

Edit the name of the selected view.

Click the Update button to apply your changes.

Delete View

Click the Delete View button to delete this view.
