To Update the Parent Vendor on an Engagement

You can update the parent vendor of an engagement after it has been created.

Important:

  • Once an engagement is reassigned to a new parent vendor, existing assessments cannot be re-opened. You will need to launch new assessments against the engagement.

  • You must have permission to edit an engagement in order to reassign it.

  1. On the Third-Party Risk Management menu, select Engagements.
  2. Select the Context Menu on the existing engagement where you would like to update the parent vendor, then select Reassign Engagement.
    The Reassign Engagement modal appears.

  3. Use the dropdown list to select a new vendor to reassign to the engagement.
  4. Click Save.
